Large scale Sound Decoder MX690

Shipping has started in september 2006; now only for steam locos, some time later planned for diesel.

On-board there are different original sound samples (BR01, BR93, BR52, etc), chuff, whistles, bells, etc. During operation the user can listen and select the samples, assign them to function keys, etc.

Other  collections of sounds will be prepared (for America, etc.)

The software for loading own sound samples into the decoder will also come very soon (within ZST); For loading external sound samples into the decoder the MXDECUP (ZIMO Decoder Update device) is needed.
